For our Zurich office we are looking for a well-rounded individual with experience in Business Development.



Description

  • Develop and execute the company’s business strategies in order to attain the goals set by the Board of Directors and the Management
  • Build and maintain strategic relationships with key stakeholders in the B2B space. (Law firms, tax advisors, external asset managers, bankers and other corporate service providers) both locally and internationally
  • Understand key stakeholders’ situation and objectives from the very first meeting, allowing for tailored initial advice on wealth planning
  • Maintain company relationships with clients, associates and other external parties through an active and systematic approach, to uncover their wealth planning requirements
  • Provide assessment of the market conditions and competition analysis and strategic advice to the Board and Managing Director on the company’s direction and goals
  • Suggest and implement new product and service offerings to meet market demand
  • Responsible for the development and upkeep of company marketing literature
  • Establish and run business development campaigns
  • Prepare detailed client proposals and present to prospects and associates
  • Responsible for subsequent support to clients with administrative work and application process
  • Analyse and present Business development and lead data to Managing Director and the Board
  • Work hand in hand with colleagues across the Group and other locations and with the Group functional heads



Skills/Requirements:

  • Previous experience in the trust and fiduciary industry
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in a similar role
  • Strong communication skills
  • Good knowledge and understanding of AML regulations
  • Excellent MS office skills
  • Capable of identifying and acquiring new business opportunities for the Company / Group
  • Fluency in German and English is required; French is an additional asset
  • Dynamic, resourceful and focused individual with strong network
  • Hands on mentality
  • Team player

For our Dubai office we are looking for an Associate / Senior Associate to join our Entity Management team, supporting clients across DIFC and ADGM. The level of the role will depend on the candidate's experience and background.



Description

  • Support the establishment and ongoing administration of DIFC and ADGM entities, including SPVs, holding companies, foundations and operating companies
  • Manage entity incorporation and set-up processes from inception through to completion, coordinating with registries, authorities, banks and professional advisers
  • Prepare incorporation and governance documentation
  • Coordinate corporate actions and statutory filings
  • Maintain corporate records and monitor ongoing compliance obligations
  • Support broader entity governance matters
  • Act as day-to-day contact for a portfolio of corporate and private clients
  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with clients, advisers and internal teams across the Alpadis network



Skills/Requirements:

  • Experience within a corporate services, fiduciary, legal or private client environment
  • Strong understanding of corporate governance and entity administration processes
  • Experience dealing with DIFC and / or ADGM entities highly advantageous
  • Experience with SPVs, holding companies and foundations preferred
  • Strong relationship management and client engagement skills
  • Excellent organisational and time-management skills, with strong attention to detail
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple matters simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
  • Professional, responsive and client-focused approach
  • Experience within the professional or financial services sector is advantageous
