For our Zurich office we are looking for a well-rounded individual with experience in Business Development.

Description‍

Develop and execute the company’s business strategies in order to attain the goals set by the Board of Directors and the Management
Build and maintain strategic relationships with key stakeholders in the B2B space. (Law firms, tax advisors, external asset managers, bankers and other corporate service providers) both locally and internationally
Understand key stakeholders’ situation and objectives from the very first meeting, allowing for tailored initial advice on wealth planning
Maintain company relationships with clients, associates and other external parties through an active and systematic approach, to uncover their wealth planning requirements
Provide assessment of the market conditions and competition analysis and strategic advice to the Board and Managing Director on the company’s direction and goals
Suggest and implement new product and service offerings to meet market demand
Responsible for the development and upkeep of company marketing literature
Establish and run business development campaigns
Prepare detailed client proposals and present to prospects and associates
Responsible for subsequent support to clients with administrative work and application process
Analyse and present Business development and lead data to Managing Director and the Board
Work hand in hand with colleagues across the Group and other locations and with the Group functional heads

Skills/Requirements:
‍

Previous experience in the trust and fiduciary industry
Minimum 7 years of experience in a similar role
Strong communication skills
Good knowledge and understanding of AML regulations
Excellent MS office skills
Capable of identifying and acquiring new business opportunities for the Company / Group
Fluency in German and English is required; French is an additional asset
Dynamic, resourceful and focused individual with strong network
Hands on mentality

For our Singapore office we are looking for a Senior Manager to lead our internal audit services to financial institutions.

Description‍

Lead and supervise internal audit assignments to ensure quality and timeliness
Plan, assign and oversee fieldwork, providing guidance to team members
Evaluate design and operating effectiveness of internal controls against MAS regulations and industry practices
Draft and review internal audit reports, including observations and recommendations
Recommend practical process improvements to address control gaps and improve efficiency
Use audit software for data analysis and work documentation
Enhance internal audit methodologies and processes
Manage client engagements and maintain regular contact with client stakeholders
Support business development by explaining our internal audit services and contributing to materials
Work independently on day-to-day matters and collaborate with colleagues, external accountants and auditors as needed

Skills/Requirements:
‍

Degree in Finance, Accountancy, Business Administration or equivalent; CIA or CA/CPA preferred
Strong knowledge of internal controls, governance, risk management and regulatory requirements
Understanding of MAS regulations for external asset managers, fund management companies and payment service providers
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, writing and communication skills
Proactive team player who can guide others and work independently with minimal supervision
Ability to manage multiple assignments
Minimum 8 years of internal or external audit experience for financial institutions
