In 2005, Alpadis began its journey in Nyon, Switzerland, with a vision to deliver independent, expert fiduciary and wealth planning services to private clients. Co-founded by CEO Alain Esseiva, the firm quickly earned a reputation for its personalised approach and deep expertise. Twenty years on, Alpadis has grown into a multi-jurisdictional, multi-disciplinary firm operating across Asia, the Middle East and Europe, employing 90 experts and trusted by over 1,500 clients.

2005–2013: Laying the Foundations and Expanding into Asia

Alpadis' roots lie in Switzerland’s established financial services landscape. In 2009, recognising a growing demand in Asia, Alpadis expanded to Singapore, a strategic hub for wealth and corporate services. This was followed by the opening of the Labuan office in 2011, and the establishment of a presence in Hong Kong in 2013, enabling the firm to support clients entering the Chinese market.

2018–2019: Strategic Growth and Brand Evolution

In 2018, Alpadis upgraded its Singapore office to accommodate a growing team and client base. The same year, Alpadis acquired Louvre Fiduciary (Hong Kong) Limited, enhancing the scope of services in Hong Kong by adding life insurance trust services. A brand refresh followed, reflecting a maturing firm ready to meet the demands of a global clientele. In 2019, Alpadis opened a second Swiss office in Zurich focused on Family Office services, and launched operations in Kuala Lumpur, enhancing coverage in Malaysia. In 2019, as the Hong Kong office expanded, the team relocated to a 4,700 square feet office, providing comprehensive services including business centre services.

2022: Entering Japan and the Middle East

In 2022, Alpadis entered the Japanese market with an office in Tokyo, led by Martial Meyssignac. The firm’s Japan team offers company formation, accounting, regulatory compliance, and other corporate services, helping international clients navigate the complexities of the Japanese market. That same year, Alpadis also launched operations in Dubai, further strengthening its presence in key financial centres across Asia and the Middle East. This was followed by a second office in Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC).

2023: A New Home in Singapore

To better serve its growing base of clients and partners, Alpadis relocated its Singapore office to One George Street in the heart of the city’s financial district. The move reflects the firm’s continued investment in infrastructure and client service excellence, providing greater accessibility and a state-of-the-art workspace.

2024: Rebranding to Alpadis

In September 2024, Alpadis unveiled a refreshed brand identity and formally dropped the word “Group”, aligning the company under a single, unified brand. The new identity includes a modern logo, an updated colour palette and a signature visual inspired by murmuration, reflecting agility and unity across markets.

2025: Strengthening Regulatory Compliance in Singapore

In August 2025, Alpadis acquired Ingenia Consultants, a Singapore-based compliance advisory firm serving boutique and mid-sized financial institutions. The transaction brings MAS licensing support, internal audit and risk management expertise into a dedicated Regulatory Compliance Services division, led by Ingenia co-founder Rolf Haudenschild as Managing Director and Head of Regulatory Compliance Asia.

Today: Trusted by Clients, Guided by Values

With 90 professionals across Switzerland, Singapore, Hong Kong, Malaysia, Japan, and the UAE, Alpadis continues to deliver bespoke services across corporate, private client, family office and market expansion domains. The firm's independence, agility and commitment to governance have positioned it as a reliable partner in increasingly complex international markets.

Alain Esseiva’s leadership, supported by a strong team, has steered the company through global financial shifts, regulatory changes and rapid client demand. His philosophy, shaped by his ultramarathon discipline, is embedded in Alpadis’ culture: long-term vision, endurance and consistency.

Looking Ahead

As Alpadis celebrates its 20th anniversary, it remains committed to its founding mission: enabling growth, protecting wealth, and building legacies. With a strong presence in key markets and a loyal client base, Alpadis is well-positioned for its next chapter.

Here's to the next 20 years of trust, growth and excellence.
