Your stable gateway to structuring business
and family wealth across Latin America
Uruguay has built a reputation as one of Latin America’s most stable and open economies.
Its appeal lies in strong democratic institutions, robust legal certainty, a source-based, territorial tax system with limited exceptions, and a deep pool of professional expertise. Combined with the US dollar’s standing as a consolidated currency and free movement of capital, these strengths make Uruguay a preferred destination for foreign investors establishing local companies, and a natural gateway to the Mercosur markets of Argentina and Brazil.
A modern trust framework and competitive investment incentives have strengthened the country’s appeal for wealth planning and family offices. Its free-zone regime further cements Uruguay’s position as a natural home for international trading and software companies, as well as free-zone operations.

Our Montevideo office is home to a dedicated team, committed to helping you establish and maintain compliance for your business ventures across Latin America.
With expertise spanning trusts, wealth planning, corporate structuring and family office support, our team will guide you in building effective structures and savings strategies tailored to your goals.
